Dark chocolate

dark chocolate (also known as sour chocolate, plain chocolate, black chocolate) is a form of chocolate containing cocoa solids, cocoa butter, and sugar without ,milk found in milk chocolate. nutrients of dark chocolates are (70-80% cacao solids), includes 1% water, 46% carbohydrates, 43% fat, and 8% protein. so. i decided that if dark chocolates are healthy and nutritious then why don't i make some, so let's get started.

Ingredients

5 tbsp butter/clarified butter
1/4 icing sugar/powdered sugar
2 tbsp coco powder
few drops of vanilla extract 
15 almonds

Method

1. firstly, take a pan or any deep utensil pour water into it and boil it.  

2.when water gets boiled, place a heat proof bowl upon it.

3. add butter/clarified butter, melt it, we are using double boiling process to melt chocolates.

4. when butter is melted then add icing sugar to it, mix well.

5. now, add coco powder, mix well, after that add vanilla extract, again mix well and switch off the flame. now, roast some almonds in another pan, until they get golden brown and crispy.

6. pour the mixture in a silicon chocolate mould and add almonds in the middle of the chocolates.

7. tap it to remove air bubbles.

8. let it cool completely.

9. keep it in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours or for overnight.

10. chocolates are ready, de mould them and munch.
