Healthy and nutritious sprouts salad
Introduction :
A salad is a dish consisting of a mixture of small pieces of food, usually vegetables or fruit. however, different varieties of salad may contain virtually any type of ready-to-eat food. salads are typically served at room temperature or chilled, with notable exceptions such as soth german potato salad which can be served warm. i have maded some twists and added some extra taste to my salads so, let's get started.

Ingredients :
1 cup black gram/kala chana
3/4 cup split green gram/hari moong daal
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 cup sweet corns, boiled
black salt as required
2-3 green chillies
1/2 cabbage chopped
2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 cabbage chopped
2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 lemon
Method :
1. soak kala chana, and green moong overnight and drain in a damp cloth.
2. Add them in it and form a bag. hang it overnight and let them sprout.
3. you can even sprout chana and green moong seperately.
4. in a large mixing bowl, add kala chana, green moong, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped coriander leaves, chopped cabbage, boiled sweet corns, green chillies, toss to give them a good mix.
5. Now add your spices like, salt, cumin powder, pepper powder, lemon and chaat masala again toss them.
6. now transfer them into the serving bowls or plates, garnish them.
