Introduction :

This smoothie is basically a healthy and thick beverage recipe which is mainly prepared with blended raw fruit and milk. a healthy and easy weight loss recipe which can be easily used as a breakfast smoothies recipe which can be easily used as a breakfast smoothies recipe or could be just a healthy beverage smoothie. traditionally, smoothies are prepared from blending the raw fruit in a mixture of ice, milk, fruit juice and sweeteners. banana smoothie recipe is one such thick beverage which is prepared with ripe banana and chilled milk. optionally it can also be flavoured to make it kids friendly. so let's begin with the recipe

Ingredients :

5 almonds/badaam 
1 tsp raisins/kishmish
5 cashewnuts/kaju
5 pistachios
1 ripe banana, sliced
2-4 tbsp warm water, to soak dry fruits 
1 tbsp powdered sugar 
1 cup milk 

Method :

1. in a small bowl soak cashewnut, almonds, raisins, pistachios, in warm water. 

2. after soaking dry fruits for 15-20 min in warm water, transfer them to blender. 

3. also add ripe banana, 1 tbsp powdered sugar and 1 cup milk to the blender.

4. blend them smooth , make sure that dry fruits should be blended well. 

5. finally, pour dry fruits banana smoothie is ready pour them in serving glass and serve.
